Understanding Agent Compensation & Expense
At Fortune Realty & Mortgage Inc., we believe in rewarding our team members for their hard work and dedication. We have designed a transparent and competitive compensation structure that promotes success. Here's what you need to know:
Compensation Structure
You stay at a 90/10 split from the start and also receive the referral bonus on every deal that your team closes. For company generated leads, the split is 50/50.
Referral Income
We believe in the power of networking. That's why we reward you for referring other agents. For up to nine levels under you, you earn 0.5% from their commission on deals closed.
Fees
There is a $600 Transaction Coordinator (TC) fee per file, which includes audit. For any cancelled transaction, a compliance fee of $100 is applicable.
